Clover Technical Services have worked hard to provide a cutting edge monitoring system to provide immediate notification of any monitored fault that would cause a system failure, now three years through development this system allows for an immediate response to user personnel as well as informing the covering Facilities management team to respond to a call to minimise down time.
Any fault is alerted via a locally mounted sounder/beacon combination as well as via a text message and emails to deliver a diverse route of notification, this means if there is an issue with any one of the alerting routes the active alarm will always be alerted.
At the heart of the monitoring system sits a state of the art touch screen control panel, designed with an easy to use software/user interface. This allows for ease of use from all users with minimal training/guidance to enable up to the minute details of the current status of the room. We have also added a engineering section to enable the system to be temporary disabled to carry out maintenance on any of the equipment with an auto reset after up to 6 hours to make sure the system cannot be left off for any reason.
Clover approached a leading supermarket chain to inform them of this new system and the benefits it could bring to their business, after installing two panels at first at a large distribution depot over 2 years ago, they instantly alerted the site to a major water leak that could have impacted the depot for hours, leading to an immediate repair and continuation of the business, avoiding any costly down time. This supermarket chain currently has 35 panels looking after their depot data centres and is growing all the time, whilst all the panels are monitored centrally across a wide area network recording every aspect of the day to day monitoring, including all temperature/humidity data.

The panel is also equipped with a modem to send instant text messages to enable a fast response and avoid any down time. These texts will be sent to the designated contacts, i.e. onsite engineer/ manager to inform them of the occurring fault.
Each panel has its own in built battery backup system and Battery charger, the panel standby Batteries will cover over six hours duration after a power failure, to monitor any over fault that may occur after a power failure. i.e. high temperature fault.
