Leave M56 at Junction 15 sign-posted M53 Birkenhead. Follow M53 to Junction 5. Turn right at roundabout. Take A41 to Bromborough for 3 miles, passing Croft Retail Park on right. Carry on down to the roundabout and join the New Ferry by-pass signposted for Liverpool. When you reach the roundabout take the 2nd exit and then 4th exit at the next roundabout. Turn first left (200 yds) into Lairdside Technology Park.
